Privacy notice
This website collects very little. This page describes exactly what, and why.
What this site does not do
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies, runs no third-party tracking or advertising scripts, and does not build a profile of your browsing. There is no contact form; fonts are served from this domain rather than from a third-party font service. Because no non-essential cookies are used, no consent banner is required.
What is collected
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request information — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent, and referrer — to operate the site and to protect it from abuse.
- Email you send us. If you write to us, we hold your message and contact details in our email system so that we can reply and keep a record of the correspondence.
How it is used
Log data is used to deliver and secure the website. Correspondence is used to evaluate and respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to conduct and record diligence. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers acting on our instructions — hosting, email, and document storage — and where we are required to do so by law or by a regulator with jurisdiction over us.
Retention
Server logs are retained for the period set by our hosting provider, typically a matter of weeks. Correspondence is retained for as long as needed for the relationship and for any applicable legal or regulatory record-keeping requirement.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Children
This website is directed at investment professionals and company founders. It is not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18.
